近年来,在医学领域内,对超声波射束扫描,即超声波断层装置已被广泛使用。用超声波断层装置进行诊断,患者没有痛苦,能从体外得到脏器的断层图象,这在诊断上有巨大的优点。可是,以前手动操作的机械扫描超声波断层装置,由于摄象速度慢,不能观察象心脏那样活动着的脏器。本文作者对超声波射束扫描电路采取了新的方式:发展为扇形角72度,方位分辩率3毫米,广视野、高分辩率的电子扇形面扫描超声波断层装置。本文就该装置的原理,性能及在心脏诊断方面的应用作如下介绍。
In recent years, ultrasonic beam scanning, that is, ultrasonic wave tomography apparatus, has been widely used in medicine. Diagnosis with an ultrasonic tomography device, the patient is not painful, can be obtained from the organ in vitro tomographic images, which has great diagnostic advantages. However, the conventional mechanical scanning ultrasonic tomography apparatus which was previously operated can not observe organs that move like the heart due to the slow imaging speed. The author of the ultrasonic beam scanning circuit has taken a new approach: the development of fan angle of 72 degrees, the azimuth resolution of 3 mm, wide field of view, high resolution electronic sector scanning ultrasonic fault device. This article describes the principle of the device, performance and application in the diagnosis of heart as follows.
