２１例维持性血液透析（ＭＨＤ）病人，在透析治疗的同时，加用黄芪注射液治疗，３个月后患者的免疫功能获得明显改善。与正常人相比，ＭＨＤ患者外周血ＣＤ８Ｔ细胞、血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平、血清ＴＮＦ含量均明显升高；而外周血中ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值和淋巴细胞ｍＩＬ－２Ｒ阳性细胞数明显下降，显示ＭＨＤ患者的细胞免疫功能降低。经黄芪注射液治疗３个月后，患者外周血ＣＤ４Ｔ细胞、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值明显升高，ＣＤ８Ｔ细胞下降至正常人水平，ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值上升到正常水平。治疗后患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ和血清ＴＮＦ含量较治疗前明显降低，外周血ｍＩＬ－２Ｒ和ＬＦＡ－１阳性淋巴细胞也有一定增加。结果显示黄芪有显著改善ＭＨＤ患者细胞免疫功能的作用。
Twenty-one patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) were treated with Huangqi Injection at the same time as dialysis treatment. After 3 months, the immune function of the patients was significantly improved. Compared with normal people, the peripheral blood CD8 T cells, serum sIL-2R levels, serum TNF levels were significantly increased in patients with MHD, while the ratio of CD4/CD8 and lymphocyte mIL-2R positive cells in peripheral blood was significantly decreased, indicating that MHD patients The cellular immune function is reduced. After 3 months of treatment with Huangqi Injection, the ratio of CD4T cells and CD4/CD8 in the peripheral blood of patients was significantly increased, CD8T cells decreased to normal levels, and the ratio of CD4/CD8 increased to normal levels. After treatment, serum sIL-2R and serum TNF levels were significantly lower than before treatment, and peripheral blood mIL-2R and LFA-1 positive lymphocytes also increased. The results showed that Astragalus has a significant effect on improving cellular immune function in patients with MHD.
