美国心理学家班杜拉在他的社会学习理论中,第一次提出了自我效能这一概念。自我效能是指个体对自己的学习或行动能够达到某个水平的信念。这一理论强调,人们完成某个目标的能力是以对能否完成这一目标的信念为基础的。如果一个人的自我效能水平越高,他就越有可能获得他所期望的目标,这也就是我们经常在各种励志教育演讲中听到的那句话语“你相信自己能行,就一定能行!”他认为自我效能的获得有三种途径,即先前的经验,个人的素质和社会支持,这三种因素影响自我效能,他们是榜样,目标确定和反馈。
