When determining the presence of manganese and other trace metals in hair, it is less important for those who have no history of occupational exposure to sample pre-assay cleaning issues. However, it is very important for contactors who have such metal smoke and dust pollution in the working environment air atmosphere, how to adsorb the surface of the sample before the measurement, and to clean the adhered metal without changing the original content in the hair . To this end, some authors (1, 2) have discussed the problems of various cleaning methods. This article only on the commonly used detergent and dilute nitric acid treatment, through some simple experiments to do a preliminary exploration. As for the hair sample digestion method and the method of manganese analysis used in this article, the following is an introduction. Will be cleaned at 105 ~ 110 ℃
