目的对潍坊市售液态奶与奶粉中黄曲霉毒素M1的含量进行调查分析。方法随机抽取不同品牌的超高温灭菌液态全脂纯牛奶(UHT奶)41份、巴氏灭菌液态全脂牛奶7份,牛奶粉51份(其中婴幼儿奶粉45份,其他10份)作为研究对象,采用免疫亲和层析净化-高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定黄曲霉毒素M1含量。结果液态奶中黄曲霉毒素M1阳性率为62.5%,其中超高温灭菌奶检出阳性率为56.1%,巴氏消毒奶检出阳性率为100.0%。奶粉中黄曲霉毒素M1阳性率为20.0%,其中婴幼儿奶粉的检出阳性率为17.8%,其他类奶粉检出阳性率为30.0%。结论潍坊市售液态奶及奶粉的黄曲霉毒素M1污染总体上属于轻度污染,但巴氏奶检出率较高,收购原料奶中的黄曲霉毒素M1的检测还需加强。
Objective To investigate the content of aflatoxin M1 in liquid milk and milk powder in Weifang market. Methods A total of 41 samples of UHT milk, 7 parts of pasteurized liquid whole milk, 51 milk powder (including 45 infant milk powder and 10 others) were collected randomly from different brands of UHT milk. Study object, the determination of aflatoxin M1 content by immunoaffinity chromatography purification - high performance liquid chromatography - fluorescence detection. Results The positive rate of aflatoxin M1 in liquid milk was 62.5%. The positive rate of ultrafungal milk was 56.1% and the positive rate of pasteurized milk was 100.0%. The positive rate of aflatoxin M1 in milk powder was 20.0%, of which the positive rate of infant milk powder was 17.8% and the positive rate of other milk powder was 30.0%. Conclusion The aflatoxin M1 contamination of liquid milk and milk powder in Weifang generally belongs to mild pollution, but the detection rate of pasteurized milk is higher. The detection of aflatoxin M1 in raw milk should be strengthened.
