目的建立用2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定仿瓷餐具中甲醛的方法。方法样品中甲醛浸提后,用2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生转化为甲醛-2,4-二硝基苯腙,在phenomenex Gemini-C18柱上,以甲醇-水(7+3)为流动相进行分离,HPLC-UV检测器在355 nm测定,外标法定量。结果该方法取1.0 ml浸泡液测定,对应的最低检出量为0.1 mg/dm2,回收率92%~102%。测定精密度RSD在2.6%~6.3%。结论该方法操作简单,检测灵敏度高,干扰少,结果准确,适用于仿瓷餐具甲醛的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of formaldehyde in porcelain tableware by HPLC with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine. Methods The samples were extracted with formaldehyde and converted into formaldehyde-2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazone by 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine. The crude product was separated on a phenomenex Gemini-C18 column with methanol-water (7 + 3) To separate the mobile phase, the HPLC-UV detector was determined at 355 nm and was quantified by external standard method. Results The method was measured with 1.0 ml of soaking solution, with the lowest detection limit of 0.1 mg / dm2 and the recovery of 92% -102%. Determination of precision RSD 2.6% ~ 6.3%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, less interference and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of formaldehyde in porcelain tableware.
