车辆重载、超载会导致沥青路面早期损坏,需提前进行路面大修。重载交通下合理运用弯沉等效的轴载换算公式换算标准轴载的当量轴次,计算沥青路面设计弯沉值,以确定最佳路面结构。本文通过对AASHTO轴载换算公式和《公路沥青路面设计规范》(JTG D50—2006)中各级轴载换算方法进行分析发现:《规范》的方法以设计弯沉为指标进行计算时,不符合重载条件下的等效轴载次数;AASHO建立了不同轴载间的等效关系,但公式仅适用于1~18 t的轴载换算。为此,本文确定了轴载换算指数用以重载交通下改建沥青路面结构设计方法。
Vehicle overloading, overload will lead to early damage to asphalt pavement, pavement repair in advance. Under the condition of heavy traffic, the deflection equivalent equivalent axle load conversion formula is properly used to convert the equivalent axle load equivalent axle times, and the asphalt pavement design deflection value is calculated to determine the best pavement structure. In this paper, the AASHTO axle load conversion formula and the “Highway Asphalt Pavement Design Code” (JTG D50-2006) at all levels of axle load conversion method analysis found that: the “standard” method to design deflection as an indicator of calculation, does not meet AASHO established the equivalent relationship between different axle loads, but the formula is only suitable for 1 ~ 18t axle load conversion. To this end, this paper identified the axial load conversion index for heavy traffic reconstruction of asphalt pavement structure design.
