路面管理系统是通过对道路经济和道路条件的宏观分析,预测路面管理的最佳养护预算投资,并在最佳养护预算等各种因素限制下,综合道路网的气象条件、交通条件、地形和地质等条件,寻求道路养护管理最佳战略决策(如:哪个路段、什么时候、用计么方法进行处治时最佳?)的复杂的意识决策过程。本文利用动态仿真理论和数学规划原理,在对我国道路经济因素和路面状况等各种因素进行分析的基础上,提出了路面管理系统的宏观经济模型和数学优化模型。
Pavement management system is based on macroeconomic analysis of road economy and road conditions to predict the best maintenance budget for pavement management, and under the constraints of various factors such as optimal maintenance budget, comprehensively comprehend the meteorological conditions, traffic conditions, topography and Geology and other conditions to find the best strategic decision making for road maintenance management (eg which road section, when and when is the best way to treat it?). Based on the analysis of various factors such as road economic factors and road conditions in our country, this paper proposes the macroeconomic model and mathematical optimization model of pavement management system by using dynamic simulation theory and mathematical programming principle.
