鲁教基发[2016]3号各市教育局:为进一步规范全省普通中小学学籍管理工作,实现学籍管理的信息化、科学化、制度化,维护正常的教育教学秩序,保障普通中小学学生的合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国教育法》《中华人民共和国义务教育法》《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》《山东省义务教育条例》等有关法律法规和教育部《中小学生学籍管理办法》等文件,我厅组织修订了《山东省普通中小学学籍管理规定》,现印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。
