目的为研究 IFNγ或 IL - 6对肝癌细胞系 C1抑制物 (C1INH)合成的调控作用。方法用 EL ISA双夹心法检测了经其刺激后 Hep G2和 SMMC7712细胞培养上清中 C1INH的含量。结果两细胞系自身能合成少量 C1INH。 IFNγ和 IL - 6可通过不同的途径上调两种细胞 C1INH的合成 ,且 IFNγ的作用强于 IL- 6。结论此结果提示有可能用 IFNγ和 IL- 6治疗 C1INH缺乏病。
Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of IFNγ or IL - 6 on the synthesis of C1 inhibitor (C1INH) in human hepatoma cell line. Methods The content of C1INH in the culture supernatant of Hep G2 and SMMC7712 cells was detected by ELISA double sandwich method. As a result, both cell lines synthesize a small amount of C1INH by themselves. IFNγ and IL - 6 up - regulated the synthesis of C1INH in both cell lines by different pathways, and the effect of IFNγ was stronger than that of IL - 6. Conclusions This result suggests that it is possible to treat C1INH deficiency with IFNγ and IL-6.
