目的 :探讨细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制因子 p2 7kip1在骨肉瘤发生中的作用。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法 (S P法 )检测 2 7例传统骨肉瘤、4例皮质旁骨肉瘤和 12例良性骨肿瘤中 p2 7kip1的表达 ,表达程度采用半定量方式判定。结果 :骨肉瘤中p2 7kip1表达的阳性率为 10 0 % ,良性骨肿瘤中表达的阳性率为 75 % ,两者间有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。骨肉瘤不同分化与阳性半定量间无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :p2 7kip1蛋白表达与骨肉瘤的发生有关 ,但与骨肉瘤的分化程度无关
Objective: To investigate the role of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor p2 7kip1 in the pathogenesis of osteosarcoma. METHODS: The expression of p7 7kip1 in 27 cases of traditional osteosarcoma, 4 cases of paracortical osteosarcoma, and 12 cases of benign bone tumor was detected by immunohistochemical method (S P method). The degree of expression was determined semi-quantitatively. Results: The positive rate of p2 7kip1 expression in osteosarcoma was 100%, and the positive rate in benign bone tumors was 75%. There was a significant difference between the two (P < 0.01). There was no correlation between different differentiation and positive semi-quantitative osteosarcoma (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of p2 7kip1 protein is related to the occurrence of osteosarcoma but not to the degree of differentiation of osteosarcoma
