血友病合并髂凹血肿继发股神经麻痹,国内未见类似报导,本院最近遇到1例,报导如下。病史摘要患者江××,男性,24岁,江苏海安人。因皮肤轻微擦伤后易出现紫斑和血肿22年,左下肢无力,股内侧皮肤麻木20余天,于1974年7月10日入院。患儿从2岁开始,轻微擦伤后皮肤易出现青斑,有时呈大片,偶有鼻衄。6岁时不慎外伤,右肘关节肿胀,周围皮肤出血,曾误诊为“关节炎”,1月后自愈。9岁时,上述 Hemophilia associated with iliac hematoma secondary to nerve paralysis, no similar domestic reports, the hospital recently encountered a case, reported as follows.
