肠道病毒是最常见的感染人类的病毒,其传统的抗血清中和分型等方法均有不少缺点。分子生物学的发展使能应用反转录—聚合酶链反应和扩增产物测序的基因分型方法对肠道病毒进行分型。本文着重介绍了肠道病毒基因分型的依据及其特点。
Enteroviruses are the most common virus that infects human beings and their traditional antiserum neutralization methods have many disadvantages. The development of molecular biology has enabled the typing of enterovirus using genotyping methods using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and sequencing of amplification products. This article focuses on the basis and characteristics of enterovirus genotyping.
