校内生产性实训作为一种工学结合的实践教学模式,在深化酒店管理专业人才培养模式改革、提升人才培养质量、彰显专业特色等方面发挥着十分重要的作用。为了推进酒店管理专业校内生产性实训,把酒吧实训室作为校内生产性实训基地,实行“学院主导、系部监管、教师指导、学生主体、市场化运作、企业化管理”的运营模式。通过生产性实训,促进了课程教学改革,培养了教师综合能力,提升了学生综合素质,助推了职业技能大赛。
