高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析速度快,分离效能高,检测灵敏度高,样品适用范围广,在药学研究中有广泛应用。近年来,HPLC技术正不断改进和提高。新型柱的出现,选择色谱条件的优化对策,多种新检测方法的问世和计算机的应用,使得HPLC在实现操作自动化的同时,有可能获得更多的定性定量信息。本文综述了近年来HPLC在药学研究中的应用。
