目的:探索药剂专业“教学做”三位一体培养模式的做法、效果及存在的问题,为中医药职业教育发展提升提供参考。方法:以学校2013级、2014级药剂专业学生及23位药剂专业教师为研究对象,通过抽查学生实践能力考核、问卷调查、谈话及药剂专业教师测评等方式,评价实施“教学做”三位一体培养模式后的实践效果。结果:“教学做”三位一体培养模式显著提高了学生制剂操作技能、主动药学服务意愿、团队协作能力(P<0.01),显著提升了药剂专业教师的教学能力(P<0.05)。结论:实施“教学做”三位一体的人才培养模式是提高药剂学生专业技能、职业综合素质和教师教学能力的有效途径。
Objective: To explore the practice, effect and existing problems of pharmaceutical specialty “teaching to do ” trinity training mode and provide reference for the development of vocational education in Chinese medicine. Methods: Taking 2013, 2014 pharmacy majors and 23 pharmacy majors as the research objects, this paper evaluates the implementation of “teaching to do” Trinity through spot checks of students ’practical ability, questionnaires, conversations and pharmacy teachers’ evaluation. Practice after training mode. Results: The Trinity training mode of “teaching to do” significantly improved the students’ skills of preparation operation, willingness of voluntary pharmacy service and team cooperation (P <0.01), and significantly improved the teaching ability of pharmacy specialty teachers (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of “teaching to do” trinity model of personnel training is an effective way to improve the professional skills of pharmacy students, vocational comprehensive quality and teachers’ teaching ability.
