北京钢铁学院和包头市东风钢铁厂联合研究试验了硫酸渣烧结矿。这种烧结矿是配入50%左右包头市第一化工厂排放的硫酸渣废料制成的,其转鼓指数可达75%~80%(>5毫米),含硫在0.15%以下,可以满足高炉冶炼的要求。硫酸渣烧结的工艺特点是高配炭量、高水份、碱度不宜过高,最佳工艺参数是焦煤粉8%,水份8%,碱度1.2左右。利用硫酸渣生产烧结矿可以解决硫酸渣对环境的污染,还可以使钢铁厂和化工厂在经济上都受益。就包头市来说,每年排放
