脆性组氨酸三联体基因 (fragilehistidinetriad ,FHIT)是Ohta等于 1996年克隆并确定的一个人类候选抑癌基因 ,此基因位于 3p14 .2 ,包括FRA3B脆性位点、家族性肾癌相关染色体异位断裂点t(3;8)以及HPV16整合位点 ,根据其cDNA推测的蛋白质 -脆性组胺酸三联体蛋白 (pFHIT)和具有三价组胺酸结构域的HIT蛋白具有高度的同源性 ,故命名为FHIT。作为抑癌基因 ,FHIT与多种恶性肿瘤 ,包括头颈部肿瘤的发生有关 ,现就FHIT基因的结构功能及其与头颈部肿瘤的关系作一综述。 Fragile histidine triad gene (fragilehistidinetriad, FHIT) is a human candidate candidate tumor suppressor gene cloned and identified by Ohta in 1996.
