我厂自行设计制造的2000×20毫米三辊卷板机,改变了一般卷板机下压仅靠丝杠的典型结构,在丝杠压下部分增加了导轨引导机构。从而将丝杠上的压制扭矩分散到大面积的导轨接触面上,因此减少了丝杠所承受的扭力,提高了其承载能力。该设备投产以来,一直没有发生丝杠扭断事故,甚至可超载卷制2000×30毫米的A_3钢板。该机用14千瓦电动机驱动减速机构,带动三联齿轮箱,再将动力传递给二个侧辊。压下部分是左右分开的两套各自独立的双蜗杆压下
My factory designed and manufactured 2000 × 20 mm three-roll coiler, changed the general bending machine under the pressure screw only a typical structure, the screw part of the reduction of the guide rail guide mechanism.
