由厦门市卫人人才开发团队组织相关专家研发的卫生人才年度考核评价系统,旨在围绕国家“医药卫生中长期人才发展规划”提出的“创新医药卫生人才使用评价机制”的要求而开发。自2013年9月以来,开发团队分别在我国东中西部4个地级市的医疗机构对997名医、药、护、技人员进行了考核应用,取得阶段性成果,并对考核系统提出了研讨和建议。
