一、低效教研追因分析1.小规模学校的困惑据调查,上海闵行区小学规模在20至25个班的学校居多,这样的学校由于规模的限制,音、体、美等小学科专职教师配备一般为1至2名教师。这些学科教研活动如何展开?一般学校有两种组成形式:一是分学科,即音、体、美各成立独立的教研组,二是把音、体、美老师组合成一个综合教研组。前者1至2人的教研组,形不成研究氛围,教研活动名存实亡。后者人数增多了,表面看起来研究也热闹了,但是由于涉及学科太多、于己不很相关而激不起大家的兴趣。这个问题一直困扰着我们这所拥有20个班级的小规模学校。
