北京大学历史系全体同学根据勤工儉学的方針,利用課余时間帮助明清档案舘整理清代档案。所整理的档案是清代內閣从順治到光緒年間的題本。这些档案是研究近三百多年来的历史的一种原始資料。过去只是按朝、年、科分三类。为了适应各方面的急需利用,特就舘藏的二百余万件题本中,侭先选出有关戶、禮、兵、工四科約十二万件,由北大学生按題本的內容再进一步分类立卷。为保証这一工作的順利进行,国家档案局和明清档案館曾派人向同学們講解了有关整理的方法和分类方案,并于五月廿八日晚在該系召开了动員大会。历史系翦伯贊主任和国家档案局張明副处長均在会上講了話。翦主任在会
According to the guideline of work-study program, all the students in the history department of Peking University used spare time to help the archives of the Ming and Qing Dynasties organize the archives of the Qing Dynasty.
