叠加阀简介叠加阀是在集成块和油路板的基础上发展起来的新型元件。它具有结构紧凑、体积小、维修简单等优点。用叠加阀组成的液压系统,不需要另外的连接件,以自身的阀体作为连接体,直接叠合而成,见图1。这种系统避免了管路、接头、法兰所带来的泄漏、振动、噪声等问题,使液压系统大为紧凑和简化。叠加阀与普通液压阀在工作原理上完全相同,但在具体结构和连接方式上有其特点,因而它自成系列。在系统中每个叠加阀既起到控制元件的功能,又起通道体作用。同一种通径的叠加阀,包括各种压力阀、流量阀、方向阀等组成一个系列。在同一系列中的各种阀的油口位置、螺钉孔位置、连接尺寸都相同,只要按一定次序把各个阀叠加起来,便可组成各种典型的液压系统。用叠加阀组成的液压系统,广泛地应用
