某型飞机结构框为薄壁框,零件尺寸较大,形状复杂,内外形根据理论外形的特征呈闭互补特征;薄壁整体框板3轴联动数控加工较困难,一般采用五轴联动数控加工。本文主要介绍了3轴联动数控加工技术在该框上的应用,提出了双曲面筋条薄壁整体框板零件的加工方案。
