我对语文教学大概是这样一个想法,我相信数学、英语、社会科学、自然科学也是相通的—教师应该以符合学生学习历程的方式来教学。我们必须做到,而不是说到:以生为本;我们必须做到:教是为了学服务。教育信念不只是拿来信的,教育信念是用来指导行为的。如果我们没有回到课堂,回到自己班级的田野去耕作,我们从专家、从别的老师那里得到的滋养,都无法成为作物的养分。
My teaching of Chinese is presumably an idea. I believe math, English, social science and natural science are also interlinked. Teachers should teach in a way that fits the learning curve of their students. We have to do it, not to say: taking a life as our source; we must do it: to teach is to learn to serve. Educational beliefs are not just letters, but educational beliefs are used to guide behavior. If we do not return to the classroom and go back to the fields of our own classes for farming, the nourishment we get from experts and from other teachers will not be a nutrient for crops.
