给Wistar大鼠喂养DAB饲料诱发肝癌,同时饮用10%中华麦饭石浸液共26wk。在实验第8、18和26wk,用脾细胞增殖法和间接免疫荧光法检测白细胞介素-2(IL-2)活性和T淋巴细胞亚群。结果显示:实验组IL-2活性和辅助T细胞(TH)/抑制T细胞(Ts)比值3次均显著高于对照组(P<0.05~0.001)。在第18和26wk,实验组总T细胞(TG)和TH细胞显著高于对照组(P<0.05~0.01),Ts细胞显著低于对照组(P<0.05~0.01)。结果表明:中华麦饭石能显著升高肝癌大鼠IL-2活性,阻止T淋巴细胞亚群改变。其作用机制可能与中华麦饭石富含的微量元素有关。
Wistar rats were fed with DAB feed to induce liver cancer, while drinking 10% Chinese medical stone immersion liquid for 26 weeks. Interleukin-2 (IL-2) activity and T-lymphocyte subsets were measured using splenocyte proliferation assay and indirect immunofluorescence assays at 8, 18, and 26 weeks. The results showed that the activity of IL-2 and the ratio of helper T cells (TH)/suppressor T cells (Ts) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05-0.001). At the 18th and 26th weeks, the total T cells (TG) and TH cells in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05-0.01), and the Ts cells were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05 to 0. 01). The results showed that Chinese medical stone can significantly increase the activity of IL-2 in HCC rats and prevent the change of T lymphocyte subsets. Its mechanism of action may be related to the rich trace elements in Chinese medical stone.
