布瓦村位于汶川县威州镇西北部的杂谷脑河左岸高半山地带,海拔2000米左右,距国道317线12.45公里,是威州镇的高山村之一。“布瓦”一名源于羌语谐音的音译,意为“黄泥土峰”。因此在这海拔千米的山坡上,布瓦寨的所有房屋均就地取材,用黄土夯成,这其中又以三座有着千年历史的羌碉而闻名于世,被称为“云上布瓦,羌碉王国”。“5·12”地震时,布瓦村寨百户人家全部受灾。两年过去了,布瓦羌寨的老乡们现在又过着怎样的生活呢?
