《普通高中思想政治课程标准》指出:课程资源不会自动进人教学领域,需要能动地去寻找、认识、选择和运用。课程资源的开发和利用,不仅是特定部门和人员的专业行为,更是教师主导的活动。校本作业是一项伴随着校本课程诞生的与时俱进的校本资源,是课程资源的重要组成部分。作为开发校本作业、进行校本作业改革主体的教师,应当充分认识到校本作业不仅可以检测课堂教学的效果,弥补学生课堂学习的不足,更可以培育学生能力、加强学科素养,凸显课堂资源的教育价值。具体来说,针对当前政治学科作业中不尽人意之处,校本作业改革在具体操作上要讲究如下的设境艺术:
