本文提出了考虑不同速度的齿轮离心负荷和工作载荷同时作用于轮齿,对齿根应力计算的有限元方法。从对一定参数范围的轮齿的计算结果可得出,离心应力是构成齿根应力的一部分。随齿轮速度的提高,离心负荷对齿根应力的影响加大,对于高速齿轮,离心负荷的影响不可忽视。文中通过对比分析,指出了现行常规的齿轮弯曲强度计算方法的局限性.对高速齿轮应用本文的有限元法作计算,可使齿根应力的求解更趋于精确。
In this paper, the finite element method of stress calculation of tooth root is proposed considering the centrifugal load and work load of gear with different speeds. It can be concluded from the calculation of gear teeth over a range of parameters that the centrifugal stress is part of the tooth root stress. With the increase of gear speed, the influence of centrifugal load on the tooth root stress increases, and the influence of centrifugal load on high speed gear can not be neglected. In this paper, the limitations of the conventional calculation method of gear bending strength are pointed out through comparative analysis, and the finite element method of high-speed gear can be used to calculate the tooth root stress more accurately.
