铍青铜波形弹簧在热处理过程中发生了变形,因传统的手工校形方法劳动强度大,校形精度不高,采用磁脉冲精密校形工艺进行了研究,并与传统校形方法进行了综合对比。结果表明磁脉冲对经过热处理强化的铍青铜波形弹簧有明显的校形效果,减小了形状偏差;校形后的波形弹簧力值比手工方法提高10%以上;校形后铍青铜材料的显微组织结构未发生变化。
The beryllium bronze wave spring has been deformed during the heat treatment. Due to the labor intensity of the traditional manual keying method and the poor accuracy of the calibration shape, the magnetic pulse precision calibration technique has been studied and compared with the traditional calibration method . The results show that the magnetic pulse has a significant effect of shape correction on the beryllium bronze spring strengthened by heat treatment and the shape deviation is reduced. The wave spring force after the shape correction is increased by more than 10% compared with the manual method. Micro-organizational structure has not changed.
