为了解cAMP与cGMP在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中的作用,本文应用放射免疫分析法检测了37例患儿血浆及脑脊液(CSF)中cAMP、cGMP含量,其中轻度8例、中度18例、重度11例,结果表明HIE时CSF中cAMP含量较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),中、重度恢复期较急性期明显下降,而cGMP除轻度外轻对照组明显下降,恢复期较急性期升高;血浆中cAMP水平均较对照组升高(P<0.01),恢复期屯较急性期下降,cGMP与对照组无差异。结果提示cAMP、cGMP与HIE的发病相关。
