本研究采用实证研究方法将竹竿舞引入中学体育课堂,竹竿舞具有对场地器材要求不高、经济实用、且动作简单、群众基础好等特点,不同群体对竹竿舞引入体育课堂的认可度较高。因此,竹竿舞引入中学体育校本课程具有可行性。
In this study, we use the method of empirical research to introduce the bamboo pole dance into the middle school physical education classroom. The bamboo pole dance has the characteristics of less demanding on the field equipment, economical and practical, simple movement and good mass foundation. Different groups have higher acceptance of bamboo pole dance into the PE class . Therefore, the introduction of bamboo pole dance school-based physical education curriculum is feasible.
