冶金地下矿山企业,定员定额项目多,自然因素复杂。同时,工作面直接生产工人的劳动对象又经常变化,作业条件艰苦,劳动强度大,这使企业的定员定额工作变得相当复杂。目前,我国冶金地下矿山企业职工人数,约占冶金工业职工总数的7.6%,做好井下矿山企业的定员定额工作,对冶金工业的发展,有很大的现实意义。定员定额工作,是一项涉及面广、政策性强的工作。它直接关系到职工的经济利益和积极性的调动,同时又和企业的经济效果
