以二氧化硅为载体,制备了负载壳聚糖席夫碱钯催化剂,利用XRD、IR等方法对催化剂进行分析,并以苯乙酮为模型化合物,研究了该催化剂的羰基催化加氢还原为亚甲基的催化性能,考查了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量、溶剂等因素对催化反应的影响。结果表明,以常压氢气为还原剂,在温和条件下,该催化剂表现出了强的羰基催化加氢催化性能和高的还原为亚甲基的选择性,当催化剂用量为0.2 g,以乙醇为溶剂,氢气流量为45 mL/min,313 K下搅拌反应5 h,0.5 mL的苯乙酮催化加氢转化率和乙苯选择性都达到100%。
The silica-supported chitosan-supported Schiff base palladium catalyst was prepared. The catalysts were characterized by XRD and IR. The acetophenone was used as the model compound to study the catalytic hydrogenation of the catalyst to The catalytic performance of methylene was investigated. The results showed that under normal pressure hydrogen gas as reductant, the catalyst showed strong catalytic performance for carbonyl catalytic hydrogenation and high reducibility to methylene selectivity under mild conditions. The catalytic conversion of hydrogen chloride and selectivity to ethylbenzene in 0.5 mL of acetophenone reached 100%.
