对沪宁城际铁路上行K190_(+664)-K191_(+380)曲线跟踪观测,研究其钢轨型面的变化规律。观测数据统计分析表明,其一年的平均最大磨耗量仅为0.34mm,内外轨磨耗区域主要集中在轨顶中心附近,外轨磨耗量略大于内轨。根据所测钢轨型面数据,结合现场观测情况,验证理论分析方法的可靠性,为深化高速铁路钢轨型面变化分析及其养修对策的制定提供可资借鉴的理论依据。
The track of K190 _ (+ 664) -K191 _ (+ 380) curve tracking up on the Shanghai-Nanjing inter-city railroad was studied, and the variation rule of the rail profile surface was studied. The statistical analysis of observation data shows that the average annual maximum wear amount is only 0.34mm. The wear regions of the inner and outer rails are mainly concentrated near the center of the rail top and the outer rail wear is slightly larger than the inner rail. According to the measured data of rail surface and the field observation, the reliability of the theoretical analysis method is verified, which provides a theoretical basis for deepening the analysis of the change of rail surface of high-speed railway and the formulation of maintenance countermeasures.
