为了解我市母乳喂养情况,我们对1993年1月1日～1994年12月30日出生的满4个月婴儿母乳喂养情况进行了调查和分析.本次共调查548名,其中朝鲜族259名,汉族289名.在548名婴儿中母乳喂养420名,母乳喂养率为76.64%,这比其他城市的4月龄母乳喂养率高.朝鲜族、汉族母乳喂养比较结果显示:259名朝鲜族婴儿中母乳喂养190名,其母乳喂养率为73.36%;289名汉族婴儿中母乳喂养230名,母乳喂养率为79.58%,汉族母乳喂养率高于朝鲜族,但无显著性差异.对母乳喂养影响因素分析结果表明:母亲年龄对喂养方式无明显影响;产妇分娩时的产式对喂养方式有明显影响;手术产135名中88名母乳喂养,其母乳喂养率为61.19%,顺产413名中332名母乳喂养,其母乳喂养率为80.39%,手术产婴儿母乳喂养率明显低
To understand the situation of breastfeeding in our city, we investigated and analyzed the breastfeeding of infants who were born within 4 months from January 1, 1993 to December 30, 1994. A total of 548 infants were investigated, of which 259 were Korean , Han 289.
