新生代农民工与第一代农民工相比,具有一定的人力资本优势,其人力资本特征具有投资性、时代性、持续性和脆弱性。关于新生代农民工的人力资本投资,目前缺乏较为系统的研究,本文从教育、培训、健康、迁移四个方面总结出了新生代农民工人力资本投资的四个维度和十项指标,并针对当然新生代农民工人力资本存在的问题提出了对策措施。 Compared with the first generation of migrant workers, the new-generation migrant workers have certain advantage of human capital, and their characteristics of human capital have the characteristics of investment, times, continuity and vulnerability. There is no systematic research on the human capital investment of the new generation of migrant workers. This paper summarizes the four dimensions and ten indicators of the human capital investment of the new generation of migrant workers from the aspects of education, training, health and migration. Of course, the new generation of migrant workers human capital problems put forward countermeasures.
