我院自１９９３年始应用四环素肾盂灌注治疗乳糜尿１５例．将四环素溶解于生理盐水灌注肾盂，１５例患者接受一次治疗后，１４例（９３．３％）乳糜尿消失，另１例患者在第２次治疗后乳糜尿消失．笔者认为四环素肾盂灌注法简便、安全，效果好。
Our hospital since 1993 tetracycline renal pelvis perfusion treatment of chyluria in 15 cases. Tetracycline was dissolved in physiological saline perfusion renal pelvis, 14 patients (93.3%) chyluria disappeared after 15 patients received one treatment, and the other patients disappeared after the second treatment. I believe tetracycline renal pelvic perfusion method is simple, safe and effective.
