面对近年来稀土的较低均价以及国内企业对稀土等资源产品的需求和消费大幅度增长的现状,中国政府逐渐对稀土的出口进行了限制,但这一做法却引发了美欧日等国的异议,在WTO提出诉讼,并最终以中国败诉而告终。在此背景下,对稀土的价值以及影响我国稀土产业可持续发展的因素进行分析并指出现阶段中国稀土产业存在的问题,最后给出相应的建议。 Faced with the relatively low average price of rare earths in recent years, as well as the substantial increase in the demand and consumption of domestic enterprises for resource products such as rare earths, the Chinese government has gradually restricted the export of rare earths. However, this practice has caused the United States, Europe, Japan, etc. Objection of the state, filed a lawsuit in the WTO, and eventually ended in losing China. In this context, the value of rare earth and the factors that affect the sustainable development of China’s rare earth industry are analyzed and pointed out the problems existing in China’s rare earth industry at this stage, and finally give the corresponding recommendations.
