本文以江苏中阳建设集团风险防范管理为蓝本,探索建筑施工企业在市场经济运作模式下,集团化公司为了扩大市场占有率,牟取利润的最大化,如何防范风险的问题。通过案例分析出经营风险发生的主要原因,是多层次管理、核算致使总包单位与挂靠单位之间的管理脱节而造成的。通过加强外出施工经营控制措施、严格对挂靠经营队伍的考察、建立经营管理和资金管理链等措施改变这种现状,预防经营风险的发生。
Based on the risk prevention management of Jiangsu Zhongyang Construction Group, this article explores the problem of how to prevent risks in order to enlarge the market share and maximize profit for the construction company under the mode of market economy. Through case analysis, the main reason for the occurrence of operational risk is multi-level management, resulting in the disagreement between the management of the total package unit and the affiliated unit. By strengthening control measures for going out of construction operation, strict inspection of the affiliated operation team, establishment of operation and management and fund management chain and other measures to change the status quo and prevent the occurrence of business risks.
