  The recovery of copper and vanadium from the precipitate formed in the waste water of vanadium removal from raw TiCl4 with copper-wire was studied.The recovery process consists of five major procedures, i.e.self-oxidization of the precipitate, removal chlorine with sodium hydroxide solution, first leaching copper with sulfuric acid,recovering vanadium by roasting the first leached residue with sodium carbonate and leaching with water, then leaching copper with sulfuric acid once again.
