MDCK cells are recognized as one of the most suitable cell lines for the production of AI vaccine.In order to obtain MDCK cell which can adjust to suspension culture and susceptible to avian influenza virus, we construct the pRE-SIAT-ST3 express vector to express sialyltransferase(siat7e gene) and α-2, 3-galactosyltransferase I(ST3GAL I)gene simultaneously.
