根据作者近年研究结果,对水稻与高粱远缘杂交育种中杂种后代的变异、稳定世代、染色体随体、有利基因的利用及远缘杂交的实质进行探讨,提出了以下观点:(1)按照杂交后代变异的特点对变异材料进行分类,有利于选择;(2)远缘杂交后代从低世代到高世代都可能有稳定的株系出现,同时有一部分则继续分离;(3)通过杂种后代系间杂交,能够充分利用远缘杂种的有利基因;(4)细胞学研究中,观察到随体染色体的显性遗传;(5)远缘杂交的实质只能是部分遗传物质的转移.
According to the author’s recent research results, the following aspects are discussed: (1) the hybrids of hybrid progenies in distant hybridization between rice and sorghum, stable generation, chromosome satellite, utilization of favorable gene and the essence of distant hybridization (2) The distant hybrids may have stable lines from low to high generation, while some continue to segregate; (3) Through the hybrid progenies (4) In cytological studies, the dominant inheritance of satellite chromosomes was observed; (5) The essence of distant hybridization could only be the transfer of some genetic materials.
