随着改革的不断深入和人们权利意识的增强,农村权益形态日益多样化。本文指出在权益实现过程中,出现一些新的问题,而有关法律的规定较为滞后,导致纠纷不断,其中,村民分红问题较为突出。本文针对村民分红权的产生、权利形态及村民分红权保护方面展开探讨,并提出了有效的解决途径。 With the continuous deepening of reform and the enhancement of people’s rights awareness, the rural rights and interests are increasingly diversified. This paper points out that some new problems appear in the course of the realization of rights and interests, and the provisions of the relevant laws lag behind, resulting in continuous disputes. Among them, the villagers’ dividends are more prominent. This article discusses the generation of villagers ’right to dividend, the right form and the protection of villagers’ right to dividend, and puts forward an effective solution.
