介绍了一种全新的内燃机循环变动分析方法—基于循环内转速波动的分析方法,并给出了表征循环变动的指标。所设计的试验验证系统,采用光电轴角编码器和自行设计的40MHZ计数器进行瞬时转速的精确测量,发动机每转测量360点瞬时转速值,此外还设计了和转达测量完全同步的示功图测录系统。最后,针对四缸汽油机进行了台架试验,结果表明,循环内转速波动完全可以代替气缸内燃烧压力进行循环变动分析。
A new method of analyzing the cycle variation of the internal combustion engine is introduced, which is based on the analysis of the rotational speed fluctuation in the cycle. The index of the cycle variation is also given. The designed test verification system uses photoelectric shaft angle encoder and self-designed 40MHZ counter for the accurate measurement of instantaneous speed. The engine measures 360 instantaneous revolutions per revolution. In addition, it also designs a dynamometer that is completely synchronized with the relay measurement Record system. Finally, a bench test was carried out on a four-cylinder gasoline engine. The results show that the fluctuation of the rotational speed in the cycle can completely replace the combustion pressure in the cylinder for the cyclic change analysis.
