目的:牙齿缺损程度和牙龈损坏程度对口腔临床固定矫正修复的影响。方法:选取近一年医院牙科的年轻的就诊患者55人,这批患者的大致年龄在18-45。且该批患者除牙疼以外无任何疾病。根据牙齿的缺损程度和牙龈的损坏程度来进行分组,可分为牙齿、牙龈损坏程度较轻,牙齿牙龈损坏程度较重和牙齿牙龈损坏程度很重三组。对三个组分别采取固定桥矫正修复治疗,并观察三组病人的愈合程度与快慢。结果:这三个组在不同程度上出现了不一样的现象。第一组的牙齿牙龈损坏程度较轻,在进行固定桥矫正修复后愈合良好,愈合修补的次数少。第二组的牙齿牙龈损坏程度较重,进行治疗后愈合较好,修补次数增多。第三组也采取与前两组相同的治疗方法,其愈合较慢,修补次数多。结论:牙齿缺损程度和牙龈损坏程度对口腔临床固定桥矫正修复治疗后的愈合快慢有着至关重要的影响。
Objective: The effect of dental defect and degree of gum damage on clinical fixed orthopedic repair. Methods: A total of 55 young patients were selected from hospital dentists in the recent year. The approximate age of these patients was 18-45. In addition to the group of patients with no toothache disease outside. Conclusion: The degree of dental defects and the extent of gum damage have a crucial effect on the healing of orthodontics and orthopedic bridges.
