简要介绍了搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)的基本原理,并对几种常用的铸造镁合金FSW进行了以下几方面综述:工艺因素对焊缝成型的影响,接头的微观组织,以及接头的显微硬度、屈服强度、抗拉强度与母材的对比,焊缝断口的位置以及断口形貌。最后指出了FSW工艺在铸造镁合金应用上的局限性。
The basic principle of Friction Stir Welding (FSW) is briefly introduced, and several commonly used cast magnesium alloy FSW are reviewed in the following aspects: the influence of process factors on the weld formation, the microstructure of the joint and the microhardness of the joint , Yield strength, tensile strength and base metal comparison, weld fracture location and fracture morphology. Finally, the limitations of the FSW process in casting magnesium alloy are pointed out.
