目的:利用弥散张量成像(DTI)技术探索复杂部分性发作颞叶癫痫患者丘脑微结构的特异性改变。方法:25例复杂部分性发作颞叶癫痫患者和18例健康对照者。获取DTI数据,采集两侧丘脑感兴趣区的各向异性分数(FA)值和平均弥散率(MD)值。结果:CPS组及对照组各自两侧丘脑间FA值差异无统计学意义;对照组两侧丘脑间MD值差异无统计学意义;CPS组左侧丘脑MD值显著高于右侧丘脑,CPS组左侧丘脑的FA值显著低于正常对照组左侧丘脑,MD值较对照组左侧丘脑有显著性升高,差异有统计学意义;CPS组与对照组右侧丘脑FA、MD值差异无统计学意义。结论:复杂部分性发作颞叶癫痫患者的丘脑存在微结构的改变,且以左侧丘脑为著。
Objective: To explore the specific changes of thalamic micro-structure in patients with complex partial seizures of temporal lobe epilepsy by using diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) technique. Methods: Twenty-five patients with complicated partial seizures and temporal lobe epilepsy and 18 healthy controls were included. Obtain DTI data and collect anisotropy fraction (FA) and average diffusivity (MD) values of the region of interest of the thalamus on both sides. Results: There was no significant difference in thalamus FA between CPS group and control group. There was no significant difference in thalamus MD between two groups in CPS group and control group. MD value in left thalamus in CPS group was significantly higher than that in right thalamus and CPS group FA value of the left thalamus was significantly lower than that of the left thalamus in the normal control group, and the MD value was significantly higher than that of the left thalamus in the control group, the difference was statistically significant; the differences of FA, MD between the CPS group and the right thalamus Statistical significance. CONCLUSIONS: There are microstructural changes in the thalamus in patients with complicated partial seizures of temporal lobe epilepsy, with the thalamus on the left.
