考核制度是混凝土企业人力资源管理上的弱项,笔者提出,企业的规范管理必须制定科学、合理、有效的绩效考核制度,从而提升企业的管理水平。
The examination system is a weakness in the human resource management of concrete enterprises. The author proposes that the standard management of enterprises must formulate a scientific, rational and effective performance evaluation system so as to enhance the management level of enterprises.
