通常,灰铸铁的超声波检测是非常困难的。本文提出了灰铸铁超声波检测的应用条件和一些新观点,从而产生一套实用的灰铸铁超声波检测方法,并且应用于我们的园盘状、厚度为30mm左右的灰铸铁另件。通过选用合适的灵敏度进行分级扫查,按照自制的不同材质的参考试块和当量缺陷参考试块,采用多次底面回波衰减法、另件棱边回波衰减法,动态波形图和半声程概念等,以确定缺陷的特征。并经实物解剖加以验证。因而使本来承载能力可靠性很差但又价廉的灰铸铁另件,能适用于可靠性要求较高的场合,从而取得经济效益。
Ultrasonic testing of gray cast iron is often very difficult. This paper presents the application of gray cast iron ultrasonic testing conditions and some new ideas, resulting in a set of practical gray cast iron ultrasonic testing methods, and applied to our disc shape, the thickness of about 30mm gray cast iron pieces. Through the selection of the appropriate sensitivity of the grading scan, according to the homemade reference materials of different materials and equivalent defect reference test block, using multiple bottom echo attenuation method, another piece of edge echo attenuation method, dynamic waveform and half Cheng concept, etc., to determine the characteristics of defects. And verified by physical dissection. As a result, gray iron parts, which are poor in reliability but low in carrying capacity, can be applied to occasions requiring high reliability to achieve economic benefits.
